A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% secures your reservation. This deposit will be retained if the reservation is cancellation for any reason. The balance of payment is due one month prior to arrival.
There is also a security deposit of 300 Pounds / 500 Euro / 600 US Dollars which will be returned immediately upon notification by our contact in Collioure
that all is well with the property upon your departure. We will retain part or all of the security deposit if it is necessary to repair or
replace damaged items, or if the house requires extra cleaning caused by yourselves. You will receive the house clean, neat and tidy and are expected to return it in the same condition; fridge, dishwasher and rubbish bins empty and all leftovers discarded, etc.
We would hope that all customers would treat the house and its contents with care and respect in order that future customers can also utilise it and enjoy it as well.
Bath towels and Bed Linen are NOT provided, but can be supplied at the cost of 10 pounds / 15 Euro / 20 US Dollars per person per stay.
Reservations are Saturday to Saturday in the high season, and more flexible in the low season.
Departures before 11am and Arrivals after 4pm.
Long Term Autumn/Winter Season Rates Negotiable.
